Returns Policy

Overview

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. Buyer will have 14 days right of return for in-store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

All of our phones come with 12 month warranty.

This Warranty Does Not Apply to:

  • Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings designed to diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. As with all batteries, the maximum capacity of the battery will decrease with time and use; this is not a defect. Only defective batteries and batteries that leak are covered by this warranty.
  • Damaged ports including SIM or charging etc.
  • “Rooting” or Tampering with operating software.
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external causes.
  • Unauthorized Service or Modification. Defects or damage resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way, including but not limited to tampering with or altering the software, by someone other than Mobell, are excluded from coverage.
  • Normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.

 

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mobell.co.nz .

 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
