How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Obviously it depends how far away you are, but we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s left the building, with a tracking number.

How Do I Track My Order?

There are several ways to track your order.

Whilst logged into your Mobell account, select the “Track My Order” in the Home Page.

We’ll send you an email with a tracking number, you can click on the link in the email to track your order at any time.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

To place an order, you do have to register an account with Mobell.

You may browse products on Mobell website without registering.

We have worked to make registration simple and efficient, all you need is a current NZ mobile phone number and email address.

What does 'refurbished' mean? What are the benefits of buying a refurbished phone?

To us, refurbished means taking a used phone, and bringing it back to as close to factory condition as we possibly can, using 100% genuine parts.

Buying refurbished is better for your pocket and the planet. It’s up to 40% cheaper than buying new. And by giving a phone second life, you’re cutting its carbon footprint in two.

It also means you’re saving another phone from either gathering dust in a drawer, or lying in landfill – and helping tackle the 50 million tonnes of e-waste the world throws out every single year.

Is a refurbished phone still good?

Yes, refurbished phones products are 100% functional. All their components work like new. Refurbished Apple products will always have 100% of their parts in complete working condition, from the screen to the battery of an iPhone. Same as their brand new counterparts.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Absolutely. All our phones come with a 12 month guarantee.

Do your phones come with a SIM card?

No. We think you should be free to choose whatever network you want. So all our phones are unlocked. All you have to do is pop in your SIM, on any network, and you’re good to go.

What is your approach to packaging?

We’ve invested a huge amount of time, research and energy to make sure our packaging is as sustainable and planet-friendly as it can be.
